Retail Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and direct daily activities of store associates
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with questions
• Operate cash register and train new associates on register procedures
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and merchandising products
• Complete daily paperwork, balance, and close registers as directed
• Maintain a friendly, inviting store environment for employees and guests

Requirements

• Ability to stand, reach, and move about for at least 12 hours per shift
• Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs or more
• Basic math and computer skills
