Retail Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Lead shift operations and direct daily activities of store associates
• Operate the cash register and train new store associates
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and maintaining the sales floor
• Complete daily paperwork, balance registers, and close out shifts
• Foster a friendly and positive work environment

Requirements

• Ability to reach, stand, and move about for at least 12 hours per shift
• Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs or more
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to take on other duties as assigned
