Retail Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to deliver an excellent in-store experience
• Lead shift operations, direct daily tasks, and ensure the team has needed resources
• Operate the cash register, balance drawers, and complete daily paperwork
• Train new store associates on register and store procedures
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and maintaining product displays
• Maintain a friendly, clean, and inviting environment for guests and employees

Requirements

• Ability to stand, reach, and move about for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to use a ladder and lift or move objects up to 50 lbs or more
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong customer service mindset and team leadership skills
