Retail Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and direct daily activities of store employees
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and ensure excellent service
• Operate cash register and train new store associates
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and merchandising products
• Complete daily paperwork, balance, and close registers as directed
• Maintain a friendly, positive, and inviting store environment

Requirements

• Ability to stand, reach, and move about for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to use a ladder and lift objects up to 50 lbs or more
• Basic math and computer skills
