Retail Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers to determine their needs and provide legendary service
• Provide DMV services including vehicle license, registration, and notary services
• Achieve sales and service goals for various AAA products and services to earn incentives
• Prepare travel materials such as TripTik® routings, road maps, and tour books
• Issue passport photos and assist with hotel or car rental reservations
• Process payments, provide accurate change and receipts, and reconcile cash drawers

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license (must be obtained within 1 year for applicable offices)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• High school diploma or GED
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays based on branch requirements
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
