About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD.
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and handle escalations.
- Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining visual standards.
- Facilitate express transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns.
- Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical support.
- Strong customer education and communication skills.
- Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork.
