About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices, BYOD, tablets, and wearables.
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience and drive revenue.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues, including account security and access recovery.
- Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration.
- Manage operational tasks including inventory organization, store merchandising, and processing equipment returns.
- Support on-demand deliveries and pickups to ensure smooth order handoffs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven expertise in customer service.
- Strong mobile device troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for technology and digital tools.
