About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices, BYOD, tablets, and wearables.
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience and drive revenue.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues, including account security and access recovery.
  • Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration.
  • Manage operational tasks including inventory organization, store merchandising, and processing equipment returns.
  • Support on-demand deliveries and pickups to ensure smooth order handoffs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Proven expertise in customer service.
