About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearables
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations
- Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Support retail operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and store resets
- Facilitate express transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong customer education and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
