Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearables
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations
  • Assist customers with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Support retail operations including merchandising, inventory organization, and store resets
  • Facilitate express transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
  • Strong customer education and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
