About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including BYOD, tablets, and wearable devices
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and manage technical escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining visual standards
  • Facilitate express transactions such as device swaps and equipment returns

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail
  • Proficiency in mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills
