Retail Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness by ensuring counters, devices, and walkways are accessible and functioning
• Greet customers and connect them to sales consultants in a timely manner
• Assist with receiving inventory and stocking the back of house to store standards
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory levels
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for company technology and products to new customers
• Adapt to store management priorities while maintaining professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the shift
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
