About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a white-glove experience for mobile device activations and customer education
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, inventory security, and cleanliness
- Support operational tasks such as equipment swaps and on-demand delivery fulfillment
Requirements

- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong mobile device troubleshooting skills
- Proven expertise in customer service and communication
