About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations and BYOD setups
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and connectivity options
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and technical escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Manage mobile returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policy
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, inventory organization, and cleanliness
- Support operational tasks such as equipment returns and device swaps
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
