About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations and BYOD setups
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and connectivity options
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and technical escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Manage mobile returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policy
  • Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, inventory organization, and cleanliness
  • Support operational tasks such as equipment returns and device swaps

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and technical support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
