About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality customer experience through mobile device activations and setup
- Educate customers on mobile features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage technical escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, inventory organization, and cleanliness
- Support operational tasks such as equipment swaps and on-demand delivery fulfillment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
- Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork
