Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality customer experience through mobile device activations and setup
  • Educate customers on mobile features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage technical escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations
  • Perform in-depth diagnostics and process returns, exchanges, or warranty claims
  • Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, inventory organization, and cleanliness
  • Support operational tasks such as equipment swaps and on-demand delivery fulfillment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
  • Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork
