About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD
- Guide customers through tablet setup, wearable device pairing, and connectivity options
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage technical escalations
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Assist with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory security, and equipment returns
- Fulfill on-demand deliveries and pickups while identifying upselling opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Ability to perform mobile device troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
- Proficiency in workplace organization and teamwork
