About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove mobile device activation and setup for new customers and BYOD users
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and escalations
- Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and equipment returns
- Facilitate on-demand deliveries and pickups to ensure smooth customer handoffs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in customer support or a retail environment
- Technical aptitude with mobile devices and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
