About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove mobile device activation and setup for new customers and BYOD users
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device or service issues and escalations
  • Assist customers with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and equipment returns
  • Facilitate on-demand deliveries and pickups to ensure smooth customer handoffs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer support or a retail environment
  • Technical aptitude with mobile devices and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
