About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD
  • Guide customers through tablet setup, wearable device pairing, and connectivity options
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage technical escalations
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Assist with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configuration
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory security, and equipment returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters and walkways

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with mobile device activation and technical troubleshooting
  • Strong customer support and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate technology and educate users on digital tools
