About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through mobile activations, device setup, and technical troubleshooting
- Guide customers through device connectivity, including tablets, wearables, and SIM/eSIM configuration
- Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to enhance their technology experience
- Resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations using advanced tools
- Assist with data transfers, password resets, and account security recovery
- Maintain store operational excellence by managing inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
- Support express transactions, including equipment returns and device swaps
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Proven expertise in customer service and communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
