  • Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to enhance their technology experience
  • Resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations using advanced tools
  • Assist with data transfers, password resets, and account security recovery
  • Maintain store operational excellence by managing inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
  • Support express transactions, including equipment returns and device swaps

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
