About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a white-glove customer experience by activating new mobile devices and assisting with BYOD setups
- Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics for mobile devices, tablets, and wearable technology
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their connectivity experience
- Manage mobile escalations, including account security, lost/stolen device recovery, and complex service issues
- Assist with data transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM configurations
- Support store operations through merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining visual standards
- Facilitate equipment returns, device swaps, and warranty claims in compliance with company policy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in customer support or a retail service environment
- Proficiency in mobile device activation and technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
