About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD
  • Guide customers through device setup, connectivity options, and wearable device pairing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations
  • Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
  • Assist with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM configurations
  • Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and equipment returns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a full-time, flexible/variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
