About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a white-glove experience for mobile device activations, including new devices and BYOD
- Guide customers through device setup, connectivity options, and wearable device pairing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues and manage mobile escalations
- Educate customers on device features, accessories, and add-ons to enhance their experience
- Assist with technical tasks such as data transfers, password resets, and SIM configurations
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and equipment returns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a full-time, flexible/variable schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move about the store constantly
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
