Retail Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Greet customers and ensure they are connected to sales consultants in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate company technology and products to new customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness by scanning the sales floor for accessible and clean counters, devices, and walkways.
• Manage inventory by inspecting the back of the store, receiving shipments, and stocking products.
• Assist leadership with weekly cycle count processes and inventory improvements.
• Follow established procedures and adapt to management priorities with professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move constantly throughout the shift.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills.
