Retail Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service by assisting with package tracking and answering product and service inquiries via phone or in person.
• Promote and sell FedEx products and services to meet organizational sales goals and develop frequent customer accounts.
• Verify package details including proper labeling, weight, size, packaging integrity, declared value, and compliance with customs and hazardous materials documentation.
• Manage branch operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean workspace, and managing office supplies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth front-line operations.
• Safeguard company assets by accurately managing cash, valuables, and preventing discrepancies in the workstation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or face-to-face customer service.
• Proven experience in handling cash and physical assets.
• Physical ability to lift up to 34 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 68 kg using appropriate equipment.
• Proficiency with office technology, including scanners, printers, and intranet systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
