Retail Senior Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to drive sales, KPIs, and overall store performance through strategic planning.

• Manage day-to-day operations including stock control, visual merchandising updates, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in high-volume fashion retail.
• Proven success in leading a sales-driven culture and managing team performance.
• Ability to drive results by analyzing reports and setting clear, actionable goals.
• Strong skills in stock management, shrinkage reduction, and visual merchandising.
• Availability for late-night trade, alternating weekends, and some public holidays.
• Passion for styling and delivering exceptional, customer-first service.
