Retail Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book holidays for customers in a retail store environment
• Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and more
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning clients
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, destination advice, and travel logistics
• Work full-time on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade

Requirements

• Great organisational skills with the ability to manage a calendar and respond quickly to enquiries
• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help customers explore the world
• Sales determination and the ability to meet targets in a high-pressure environment
• Computer savviness and the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Warmth and enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service
