Retail Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and book flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, and travel insurance
• Convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets to drive business growth
• Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning travelers
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, destination advice, and packing tips
• Work full-time on-site in a retail environment on a rotating 7-day roster

Requirements

• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy calendar and inbox
• Determination to meet sales targets in a high-pressure retail environment
• Computer savviness with the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Warm, enthusiastic personality that provides excellent customer service
