Retail Sales Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Plan travel itineraries and manage bookings for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Convert enquiries into bookings for flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, and more
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Build and maintain a customer base of both domestic and international travelers
• Act as a travel expert by assisting customers with visas, packing advice, and destination recommendations

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and respond quickly to inquiries
• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world
• Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while managing a high-pressure workload
• Computer savviness and the ability to navigate complex booking systems
• Enthusiastic and warm personality to provide excellent customer service
