Retail Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and shipment processing
• Provide efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all safety standards
• Perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-first retail environment
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results
• Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
