Retail Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product recommendations and demonstrations
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering their needs and sharing product information
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain brand standards
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and assist with back room maintenance
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and shipment processing
• Provide an efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing up purchases and maintaining a clean register area
• Adhere to all safety standards to ensure a safe and engaging environment for customers and associates

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
