Retail Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain brand standards
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and assist with back room maintenance
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and shipment processing
• Provide an efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing up purchases and maintaining a clean register area
• Adhere to all safety standards to provide a safe and engaging environment for customers and associates

Requirements

• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
