Retail Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and demonstrating products
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain brand standards
• Process incoming merchandise to ensure it is sales floor ready and maintain the back room
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Provide efficient cash wrap service, including ringing up purchases and maintaining a clean register area
• Adhere to all safety standards to provide a safe and engaging environment for customers and teammates
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail excellence
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
