Retail Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and demonstrating products
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain brand standards
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and assist with back room maintenance
• Assist with visual presentation, including floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement
• Provide an efficient cash wrap experience by processing purchases and maintaining a clean register area
• Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset with a passion for retail excellence
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback
• Ability to de-escalate customer or store situations effectively
• Availability to work peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform constant physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds
