Retail Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, setting the standard for clienteling and customer service
• Coach and mentor associates to enhance selling skills, service techniques, and product knowledge
• Foster a high-performing, motivated team culture
• Build strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups
• Provide expert styling guidance to create an exceptional shopping experience
• Achieve personal sales targets while driving overall team performance
• Maintain selling floor standards to ensure a visually appealing and organized store
• Oversee product replenishment and inventory alignment
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support back-of-house processes, including cash handling and KPI tracking
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales or service experience
• Previous supervisory background preferred
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Social media savvy
• Experience in Parisian chic or luxury fashion environments
