Responsibilities

• Mentor the sales team and model behaviors for inspirational, authentic, and personalized service
• Build client relationships through selling and clienteling
• Create high-quality fitting room experiences involving wardrobing and styling
• Reinforce branded customer service and hands-on selling techniques
• Coach staff on selling and service initiatives, including customer loyalty and repeat client development
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers

Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior selling or service experience
• Passion for customer service
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills
• Fashion savvy
• Flexibility regarding scheduling
• Confidence
