Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets, KPIs, and profitability through effective short-term and long-term planning
- Ensure high standards of customer experience in alignment with PUMA brand values
- Dedicate the majority of working hours to customer interaction, sales, and staff training
- Assist Store Managers with the hiring, training, and development of high-performing Sales Associates
- Oversee cash processes, sales transactions, and internal policy compliance
- Manage loss prevention training and awareness programs
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to meet brand standards
- Monitor store physical conditions and communicate maintenance needs promptly
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel or footwear
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in project management and event coordination
- Customer service orientation with a friendly personality
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage
- Fluency in both English and German
- A passion for the PUMA brand
