Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of health, beauty, and skincare products
• Offer tailored product recommendations and explain proper usage
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health, beauty, or cosmetics
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods
• Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with diverse customers
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems
• Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure
• Presentable appearance and a professional attitude
