Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Educate customers on the features, craftsmanship, and benefits of luxury leather products and perfumes
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences and profiling
• Explain product care, usage, and after-sales services
• Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and special offers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure stock is regularly replenished
• Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education
• 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods
• Experience with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure
