Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of health, beauty, and skin care products
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences
• Explain product usage and promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and regularly replenished
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education
• Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty or cosmetic retail
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude
• Must be currently located within the UAE
