Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of health, beauty, and skin care products
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences and usage
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers
• Ensure merchandise is well-displayed and regularly replenished
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and follow company customer service policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher education
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems
• Professional attitude and presentable appearance

• Previous experience specifically in health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics retail
