Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Present and sell products at the store level according to national and regional promotions.
• Execute merchandising strategies as indicated by national bulletins to increase sales and shelf space.
• Rotate stock on all product lines and ensure POP material is available and properly displayed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key store personnel to strengthen the company's position.
• Provide consistent feedback regarding competitor activity and market information to the Retail Manager.
• Support store-level bookings through strong selling and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• College/university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of proven sales or merchandising experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Intermediate Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Basic math skills and experience using handheld retail tablets or automation technology.
• Reliable vehicle (KM allowance provided).
• Mobile phone and internet access (allowance provided).
