Retail Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm to demonstrate and explain Xfinity product features
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and service excellence
• Provide outstanding customer service, including assisting with account statements and bill payments
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and services
• Process service requests, account changes, and service upgrades
• Maintain detailed knowledge of products and competitive information
• Adhere to retail operational policies to ensure a professional store environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to move around the retail store constantly throughout the shift
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills
