Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to execute all sales objectives in the territory
• Lead innovation launches and drive excitement throughout the network
• Organize retail programs and prioritize them with distributors
• Execute market blitzes and provide insights into market conditions
• Sell critical displays and optimize sell-through with on-site teams
• Oversee point-of-sale materials for internal and distributor partners
• Maintain strong partnerships with Distributor Sales teams
• Utilize CRM tools to build account history and optimize daily schedules
• Conduct regular business meetings with District Managers at critical retailers

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in field sales, retail execution, or account management
• Experience in CPG, beverage, or DSD environments preferred
• Experience working with distributor partners and retail customers
• Proven ability to drive in-store execution, distribution, and display improvements
• Experience using sales and execution tools like Repsly or iDig
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned market
• Ability to lift 10-35 pounds and place products on overhead shelving
• Ability to walk ~20k steps daily and stand for long periods
