Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise showroom sales teams, providing coaching and performance evaluations to exceed monthly targets
• Recruit and onboard specialized Retail Sales Representatives to transform them into expert Sleep Consultants
• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on consultative selling and sleep-health education
• Maintain high-end visual merchandising standards across showrooms to represent premium product lines
• Optimize inventory management and stock planning in coordination with the Jeddah production facility
• Oversee POS systems, transaction processing, financial auditing, and white-glove delivery coordination
• Develop regional sales plans and traffic-driving initiatives to hit company goals across the MENA region
• Monitor KPIs and use sales analytics to adjust strategies and maximize floor conversion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury furniture or premium bedding
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals and managing premium showrooms
• Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English
• Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni nationality
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant business field
• Experience in high-end consumer goods or luxury retail environments
