Retail Sales Manager (Forex)

Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads into successful forex sales
• Engage clients and recommend suitable forex products to meet their needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to maximize conversion rates
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional conduct
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings
• Proven experience in sales and negotiation within the FX sector
• Experience working at an FX prime broker, liquidity provider, or ECN
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
