Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategies to achieve or exceed annual revenue, margin, and market share objectives within the retail channel.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Lead account planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic retailers through joint business plans and key negotiations.
• Oversee point-of-sale execution, including product availability, displays, pricing, and promotional materials.
• Lead, develop, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure demand generation, inventory availability, and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to proactively adjust commercial strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience driving sales for technology or consumer electronics products within the retail sector.
• Proven experience in leading retail sales teams.
• Advanced communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong influence and interpersonal skills to work across multidisciplinary and intercultural teams.
