Responsibilities

• Handle and convert company-provided leads into successful sales
• Engage clients and recommend suitable forex products
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Coordinate with operations and adhere to company requirements

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability
• In-depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• High standards of business ethics and professional conduct
• Experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager at an FX prime broker, liquidity provider, or ECN
