Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to present to customers and sell company products to remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication clients.
• Manage the overall sales and promotion of Cosentino products within the assigned territory.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring positive and profitable long-term relationships.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, providing price quotes, and maintaining CRM records.
• Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials, including samples, brochures, and display towers.
• Prepare action plans to identify targets and collaborate with corporate and local staff to execute business strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
• Experience with customer databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.
• High School / GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
