Retail Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to drive sales and maintain profitable, long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to present solutions to current and potential clients.
• Target and sell products and services to various segments, including home improvement, cabinet manufacturers, builders, and fabricators.
• Manage global sales for the designated territory.
• Ensure clients have necessary marketing materials, such as samples, brochures, and display towers.
• Manage customer relationships via CRM, providing price quotes and scheduling regular visits.
• Increase market share by expanding the presence of point-of-purchase materials and displays in the territory.
• Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and project contact volume.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Cosentino Center, and other Account Managers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of proven ability to interact with multiple levels of stakeholders within commercial industry projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using customer databases, with Salesforce experience being highly preferred.
