Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values
• Enforce sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all categories
• Hold self and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivity
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market through charity events and mall initiatives
• Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking approach
• Develop team product knowledge and supervise daily operations to meet goals
• Coach team performance and provide constructive feedback to staff and management

Requirements

• Two plus years of supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
