Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values
• Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories
• Hold self and the sales team accountable for personal sales and productivity
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty
• Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Develop team product knowledge and supervise daily operations to meet goals
• Coach team performance and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams
