Responsibilities

• Understand organizational objectives and partner with the Store Manager to align with company priorities
• Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories
• Manage productivity by holding self and the sales team accountable for personal sales
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market through charity events and mall initiatives
• Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking approach
• Develop team product knowledge to stay current on all in-store products
• Supervise the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet goals
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members and the Store Manager

Requirements

• Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams
